Blackhawk Tree, Inc. is fully insured with both general liability and workman's compensation insurance.

Our insurance providers will gladly supply a certificate of insurance which they will fax or mail to you. The certificate is valid for 30 days.

NOTE:   The only way that you, the homeowner, can be assured that the proper insurance is current is to have the insurance company fax or mail the insurance certificate to you.  NEVER accept a copy of an insurance certificate directly from an individual.
